Consumer Rights Agreement

1. General Terms and Conditions

For distance purchases made through our communication options, we operate within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations. Every customer who places an order is deemed to have accepted these return and cancellation conditions.

2. Return Conditions

  • For cut products under 20 meters, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or faulty, as this impairs the product's resale value.
  • Used, washed, cut, altered, or products that have lost their resale value will absolutely not be accepted for return.
  • Returns are not possible for items in the fabric remnants category.
  • To return defective or faulty products, you must contact us within 14 days of the product delivery date.

3. Return Process

  • You must submit your return request to info@yourwebsite.com or by calling our customer service number.
  • Once the return process is approved, you must send the product, complete with original packaging and the invoice, to the address we have provided.
  • For defective or faulty products, the return shipping cost is covered by us; however, for all other return requests, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and if approved, the refund process will be completed within 10 days at the latest, according to your payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order without giving any reason before it is invoiced and shipped.
  • Once the invoice has been issued or the product has been shipped, instead of canceling the order, the return process described above will be followed.
  • In the event of a delivery delay due to force majeure, the customer will be informed, and if they wish to cancel the order, their payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

5. Product Delivery and Inspection Obligation

  • The customer should carefully inspect the products upon receiving their order.
  • If the package is damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, the customer should have the delivery person prepare a report and refuse to accept the delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged package, you must notify our customer service within 48 hours at the latest, along with photos and a report proving that the damage occurred during the shipping process.
  • If the shipping company has not filed a report and the damaged product has been accepted, the responsibility lies with the customer, and a return/exchange may not be possible.
  • Once the damaged product is confirmed, an exchange or refund process will be initiated, according to the customer's preference.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

  • According to the distance selling contract, the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • However, custom-cut fabrics and products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be in a resalable condition.

By accepting these terms and conditions, customers who make purchases agree to handle returns and cancellations in accordance with the rules stated above.
