Frequently Asked Questions
What is a fabric sample?
If you wish to evaluate the fabric from our portfolio in terms of color, texture, fineness, shine, or transparency before placing an order, the fabric swatches we send you, typically measuring 3cmx10cm, are what we call fabric samples.
Would it be okay if I sent you a sample?
Yes, if you send a sample to the address in our contact information, we will provide you with feedback regarding our most suitable fabric alternatives. Please do not forget to include your contact information with your shipment.
Which fabrics can I request samples of?
We cannot provide samples for fabrics with stones, sequins, paillettes, or patterns, as the pattern would be disrupted during cutting.
You may request samples for any fabric where pattern disruption is not an issue.
Why is there a specific purchase limit for samples?
Since shipping costs far exceed the value of sample shipments, we provide samples only when the cost does not outweigh the benefit, to quote a common industry saying.
Can I always find stock for the samples I receive?
Unfortunately, we do not place a specific stock hold on products for which we have sent samples. While some products may be restocked, it may not be possible to restock others as their production may have been discontinued.
