Tencel and Lyocell Fabrics hakkında

Tencel (Lyocell) is an eco-friendly and sustainable fabric obtained from wood cellulose through a closed-loop production process. Made from bamboo or eucalyptus wood, Tencel uses less water than viscose and is 99% biodegradable.

Among Tencel fabric's most prominent features are its softness, comparable to viscose, its breathability, like cotton, and its smooth surface structure, similar to silk. Produced in a weight range of 100–200 g/m², Tencel accepts ironing due to its slightly stiffening texture when dry.

Tencel and lyocell fabrics, used for sewing dresses, blouses, skirts, underwear, and bed linen, are available at Çerçiler Kumaş in plain color options, 150 cm wide, per meter.
