Duck fabric is a type of cotton fabric produced using a tight weave technique from thick cotton yarns, resulting in a firm, matte-finish, and highly durable material.
The term "Duck" in English means "a canvas-like, stiff cotton fabric." Thanks to its robust structure, this fabric offers long-lasting use in both home textiles and industrial and outdoor applications.

Generally produced from 100% cotton or a cotton-polyester blend, duck fabric creates a natural aesthetic with its matte appearance, while impregnation (water-repellent) treatments can make it resistant to outdoor conditions.

• It is thick and tightly woven, which provides high durability.
• It is breathable because it is made from natural cotton fibers.
• It has a firm and matte surface, retains its shape, and is not easily deformed.
• A water-repellent or stain-resistant coating can be applied.
• Machine washable and long-lasting.
• Suitable for digital and pigment printing, therefore patterned versions are also common.

Duck fabric is preferred in both decorative and functional textile products thanks to its durable structure.

Home Textiles: Used in the making of chair covers, tablecloths, cushions, pillows, curtains, and bags.
Outdoor Products: Water-repellent versions are preferred for garden furniture covers, awnings, cushions, and sunshades.
Decorative Applications: Digitally printed duck fabrics provide a rustic and natural look in interior designs.
Bags & Accessories: Due to its durable texture, it is used in handbags, backpacks, and tote bags.

Since it is a 100% natural fabric, it may shrink, attention should be paid to the first wash. If possible, the first wash should be done before sewing.

Because it is a natural fabric, it tends to wrinkle, especially after washing. It is easy to iron and does not wrinkle during use.

Bleach Should Not Be Used

Iron inside out at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

Thanks to its finish, it has water and oil repellent properties and does not absorb liquids. In case of liquid spills, it can be easily cleaned by wiping with a dry cloth.

Return policy

Fabrics ordered under 20 meters cannot be returned as they are cut specifically for you and their resalability is impaired. Returns are accepted in case of a defect in the product.
