Keten görünümlü şantuk dokulu kumaş, %100 polyester iplikten üretilen ince ve hafif bir dokumadır. Yüzeydeki düzensiz kalın iplikler (şantuk) ketenin doğal, hafif pürüzlü dokusunu birebir taklit eder; ince yapısı sayesinde yarı şeffaf bir görünüm verir. Elyafı polyester olduğu için ketenin karakteristik görüntüsünü sunarken, gerçek ketenin kırışma, çekme ve solma sorunlarını yaşatmaz. Bez ayağı dokumasıyla üretilir, dökümü yumuşaktır ve vücudu sarmadan akar.

Giyimde en çok elbise, tunik, kaftan, gömlek ve bluzlarda tercih edilir. Hafifliği ve akışkan dökümü sayesinde geniş kesim pantolon, uzun etek ve katmanlı tasarımlarda çok başarılı sonuç verir.
